- This program is for laboratories that perform interpretation only for HER2 and ER for breast cancer and may be used for quality assessment.
- For laboratories that perform both staining and interpretation for HER2 and ER for breast cancer under the same CLIA number, see program HER2.

- Reporting option for each additional pathologist (within the same institution); must order in conjunction with program HERI
